Occasionally, we will be requested to handle an emergency situation where we must put other, less urgent service calls on hold and/or respond to a request outside of regular business hours. As an essential business in Arizona, we have a responsibility to service these customers in need when we are able as they may not be able to resolve a hazardous situation on their own. Many utility or mechanical hazards will not rise to the level of a necessary response from city or county first responders or public utility crews. It is in these cases we must help wherever possible to ensure the safety and health of our community.
While we are happy to help, emergency calls carry additional expense for us as a business and we must regrettably pass on these costs to the requesting party.
